Delete in the app

Open Profile → Privacy and data → Delete account and data. Review the confirmation and complete it while online. Deletion is destructive; export anything you want to keep first. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete the account.

Request by email

Write to office@solotechai.com from the account email where possible, requesting deletion. You do not need to reinstall the app. We may ask for proportionate verification; never send a password or authentication code.

Delete selected data without closing your account

You can request deletion of selected data, such as synced analyses, uploaded body points or journal entries, while keeping your account. Email office@solotechai.com from your account address and specify what you want removed. Never send a password or sign-in code. We may verify your identity and will explain any records that must be retained. The timing and backup limitations below also apply to these requests.

What is removed

The active account and sessions, profile, synced analyses and body points, private match journal, bookmarks, follows, memberships and associated posts/replies are removed. Profile photo and tutorial object deletion is queued and retried if storage is temporarily unavailable. Local app data is cleared by the app flow; copies you exported or retained outside it remain under your control. Crew ownership can pass to another member rather than deleting a shared crew.

What can remain

Independent content written by others and copies outside Golpix are not automatically deleted. Limited moderation evidence, security or legal records can remain where necessary for a documented legal basis; access must be restricted. Backups are not immediately rewritten. See retention.

Timing and confirmation

The online in-app request removes active account access when successful; media cleanup runs asynchronously. If the request fails, retry or contact us instead of assuming it finished. GDPR requests are normally answered within one month; permitted extensions will be explained. Backup retention and log rotation are described in the privacy policy; deletion from older backups occurs as those snapshots expire. No paid MVP subscription is active; future store subscriptions would need separate cancellation.
